What with Hodgson squad all ready/set to head out France for the Euro’s, England players all attended the squads annual ball – The ‘Lions and Roses’ charity dinner.
The event not only had the great Pele as an audience guest, but it also featured a special performance by hat wearing warbler James Bay.
Helping him through such hits as ‘Hold Back The River’ in the best way they could, were none other than Wayne Rooney on backup vocals and Gary Neville on guitar. And they seemed like they had a ruddy good time joining in.
Probably worth mentioning also, Wayne Rooney doesn’t have the horrific singing voice many may assume.
