Whilst we know that the purgatory of sitting on a Premier League bench for a prolonged amount of time can send players to their wits end, we didn’t for a second think that it would make them feel the presence of the undead.
Speaking on the club’s official YouTube channel, Man City’s Fabian Delph talks about the ghostly happenings in his own charismatic way.
“I see ghosts all the time, I think I’ve seen four. When i first signed for Villa I stayed in a hotel and there were a lot of things moving in the room. And about four months ago I saw two ghosts in the bedroom. That was actually carrying a body and it went out on to my balcony and disappeared.”
