As Mourinho meltdowns go, this little moment between Jose and Roberto Martinez sits firmly in the tame category. However it seems not a week goes by without the former Inter and Real Madrid boss exorcising his demons in a rather petulant fashion. A good loser the Portuguese manager isn’t.
After watching Steven Naismith score the perfect hat-trick in his sides 3-1 Goodison Park defeat, Mourinho had clearly outright had enough of the days bullshit, taking particular exception to the fact that despite wanting to hit the road sharpish, Roberto Martinez got his post match interview before him.
Incensed by his treatment, Jose interjects his Spanish opposite number with “Roberto – next time tell me to go before you, because we have to travel, before adding “F**king hell” as he stormed off up the tunnel.
