After 10 years service with the Saints, in which he helped the side gain promotion, Kelvin Davis was given a Southampton testimonial last night.
With the stopper retiring at the end of a the season for the Southerners, ‘Super Kev’ was part of the ‘Promotion XI’ that took on a side made up of current Saints players at St Mary’s.
With his side looking like claiming a 4-4 draw, the keepers very own 11-year old son, Sonnie, was tasked with converting a potential game winning spot kick in the very last minute of the match.
Of course he sent an unstoppable drive past his Dad.
