Romanian coach Liviu Petrache has been relieved of his duties after shocking footage emerged of an attack on a young player.
The below videos shows Petrache overseeing Under-17 side CSM Studentes, when inexplicably he completely loses his rag and beats seven shades of s**t out of 16 year old Codrin Tirisca.
It’s understood the youngster organised a secret trip the night before to McDonalds, a ploy which his coach took particular offence offence to.
Codrin later told local press:
The night before we were due to play, we were put up in a bed and breakfast.
None of us had anything to eat because the food there was so awful, and in the night we were hungry so we sneaked out on foot to the [McDonald’s] restaurant and bought something.
Abhorrent behaviour clearly. It will surprise no one to hear that the coach was fired just as the clip surfaced on the web.
Accordion to Gazeta Codrin’s father is “undecided” about pursuing legal action as he isn’t interested in “taking money” from Petrache.
