After a spellbinding season mopping up various stages of attacking play in a Leicester shirt, N’Golo Kanté has deservedly been chosen for France’s EURO 2016 squad.
Didier Deschamp unveiled his selection late last night, included alongside Leicester’s official player of the season and the mercurial Paul Pogba are Premier League stars Lloris, Mangala, Koscielny, Sagna, Cabaye, Sissoko, Giroud, Martial, and Payet.
Whilst the side will certainly feel the absence of Karim Benzema, who’s missing out due to his continuing blackmail themed court case, you feel that Les Bleu have every chance of lifting the trophy with such a young talented group of players.
