Build up to the match
After thumping West Ham United 4-0 on opening day, overwhelming favourites Manchester United will be keen to continue the good start to their campaign with another win when they visit Welsh giants Swansea City. The Reds are surely eager to show the world they are once again ready to challenge for the title since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson five years ago and a win against the Swans will be a step in that direction.
The Welsh side, however, will be keen to prove their mettle against the big boys by defeating United on their home soil. It should be noted that Swansea have only lost twice against the Reds in their last five league matches. As such, Swansea will be fairly confident they have the chance to win.

Manchester United find themselves a bit short on defenders, with Luke Shaw and Ashley Young both injured. Centre-back Marcos Rojo is also out with an injury.
