Ever since sitting back in the comfort of the pundit studio, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has made no bones about his lack of understanding on why Mario Balotelli glides around Europe with such a high reputation.
Just as Liverpool waved goodbye to the 26-year old by agreeing a free transfer to Nice on deadline day, Carragher quickly took to social media to have yet another pot-shot at the Italian international.
No doubt incensed by the public dig, Balotelli has hit back four days later.
Taking to his own Twitter account, the former Manchester City and Inter Milan starlet further cemented his glistening Liverpool reputation by describing the former defender as a ‘bad player’ and ‘wonderful hater’.

The man once referred to ‘Super Mario’ was signed by Brendan Rodgers for £16m in August 2014 following some encouraging AC Milan form. However, after just one Premier League goal in his debut seasons entirety, The Italian was shipped back out to his previous side on loan, this time for a far worse spell.
The players free transfer to Nice has been seen as Balo’s best bet at yet again hitting the big time following the clubs good work with Hatem Ben Arfa.
