Just weeks into his Liverpool management position, is it safe to say the Klopp effect is a very real scientific phenomena?

Judging on Southampton’s St Mary’s dismantling last night, Liverpool are in full flow, with all guns blazing, rather like that time a certain Brendan Rodgers brought them within a Gerard slip of winning the title.

The Red’s smashed six past a beleaguered Saint’s side after going a goal down with the newly returned Daniel Sturridge grabbing two, not only that, presumed over hyped waste of space Divock Origi rewarded his managers faith by grabbing a hat trick whilst playing on the tip of a Liverpool diamond.

In all it was a masterful performance, let’s just see how far down the rabbit hole the German coach takes his rejuvenated side…
