Leyton Orient president Francesco Becchetti had himself a rip roaring time over the Christmas period following his sides 3-2 win over fellow promotion chasers Portsmouth.
The win elevated the O’s to ninth place in the League Two table, ending a poor six game win-less streak.
The match was a tempestuous affair with both sides having to finish the match with 10 men after the visitors raced into a 1-0 lead, a roller-coaster of a fixture that seemingly sent their Italian owner into a right tiz come the final whistle.
After much wild pitch-side celebrations with the clubs fans, according to Orient podcast ‘The E10Mess Podcast‘, Becchetti then proceeded to fight with his own sides assistant Andy Hessenthaler.
Sooo strangest thing I've ever seen…Becchetti ran on the pitch and started kicking Hess and had to be seperated by the pompey staff #lofc
