It’s been a disappointing year for Serbian football.
No hope of European Championship football in 2016, decent players such as Ivanovic and Matic seemingly suffering from a bout of footballing amnesia and now…. defensive midfielder Blaise Matuidi is volleying in absolute rockets as defenders are desperately trying to clear corners.
To be fair the Frenchman has been in rich goal scoring form for PSG so far this season as well. Here’s his second goal (underneath his first) during France’s 2-1 friendly victory.
