Poor old Michael Bostwick of Peterborough became the butt of many a social media joke last night after an unfortunate incident involving a steward.
With Peterborough Town visiting Sixfields stadium donning a quite fetching fluorescent away kit, Bostwick the got his peripheral all wrong (actually, in fact he was actually full sighted) when trying to pass start an attack down the left hand side.
Not seeing the hi-viz eye sore was in fact a pitch-side steward, Bostwick proceeded to plant a perfect pass to his man.
Luckily for the Posh and their veteran midfielder, a last gasp Chris Forrester goal ensured a hard earned victory against their geographical rivals.
