Kaká to Neymar: What if Brazilian clubs actually kept their prized assets – a list of sides best XI’s

A group of 18 journalists from Brazilian football site Globo Esporte have unveiled an alternative list of Brazilian top flight clubs starting lineups that answer the question, What if they never let go of their prized assets?

All names included in the list are currently playing and represent the club they first made their debut with (some with players still representing if considered the best for their respective positions).

Judging by their respective dream-teams, Sao Paulo and Santos would likely be leading sides (as ever) with such superstars as Neymar, Kaka, Felipe Anderson, Ganso and Oscar at their disposable.

What we can decipher is, if anything, what an embarrassment of riches Brazilian clubs posses right up until any of their decent players hit the age of 20.
