This is Mehmet Değirmenci, a player from Turkish amateur side Sanayispor playing in the Nazilli district of the country’s western Aydın province.
Incensed that his blatant foul on Dallıcaspor player Kayhan Karakaş was awarded with a red card, like an utter bastard, Değirmenci proceeds to show his frustration by kicking the floored player in the face….really hard. Predictably a melee ensues.
