Watch Arsenal target Riyad Mahrez’s solo stunner during Foxes win against Celtic

Already dominating the days transfer news after rumours of a £47m move to Premier League rivals Arsenal had decided to show its ugly head, Leicester City’s Algerian genius Riyad Mahrez once again demonstrated what all the fuss is about by scoring an absolute beaut during the Foxes friendly win over Celtic yesterday afternoon.

Picking the ball up right on the cusp of half-time, the tricky winger beat a couple of Hoops defenders before steering the ball home past a hapless keeper courtesy of a left foot curler.

Whilst Eoghan O’Connell’s equaliser 12 minutes later made things difficult for the visitors, Claudio Ranieri’s side eventually triumphed, winning an ensuing penalty shoot-out.

Here’s that goal.
