If we know anything about the divisive character of Luis Suarez, it’s that the Uruguayan bloody loves sticking it to his detractors. Take for instance the 2014 World Cup where the striker revelled in scoring against England for his ‘unfair’ treatment whilst a Liverpool player.
With that in mind, Florentino Perez was truly asking for a hiding when dismissing Suarez’s talents when asked about the player by a fan back in 2014.
Perez delightfully chuckles to himself ‘”Suarez is not a very good player” – as you know the former Ajax player destroyed his side at the weekend scoring to superbly taken goals on the way to a 4-0 victory….
