Yaya Toure’s agent announces his departure, takes further digs at Pep Guardiola

Like referee’s, football agents should be seen and not heard.

After the announcement that Pep Guardiola will try his hand at the fast frantic world of Premier League football, it seems one person on the blue side on Manchester is far from excited at the prospect of having to…well, run more.

After already releasing a ill judged bitch against the Spaniard, highlighting that his own grandad could win titles with Bayern and Barcelona, Yaya Toure’s agent Dimitry Seluk has followed up with another bombshell; “I think Yaya will leave the club. But before leaving I hope he will win again the League and all the cups. “It’s not a question of whether Pep likes him or not. It’s life, you know. Pep can call Yaya and speak to him to let him know ‘I’m with you’ or ‘I am not with you’.”

After being forced of out at Barca years prior by a changing midfield included a young upstart by the name of Sergio Busquets, it’s plain to see that the Ivorian has his misgivings about Man City’s new coach after previously working for him.

Seluk then seemingly took aim Guardiola’s lack of fight, possibly referring to the fact that he left the Catalans during a time of transition….

“In my opinion, everyone who has balls must stay in a team not only when they are successful but when things are difficult.
“Barcelona win because it’s like a big family and their structure is an example for everybody. So it’s not a question of persons. Luis Enrique has done the same as Guardiola. It’s not possible to say forever it’s the team of Guardiola. “Yaya opened the door for the people who worked for Barcelona. Yaya went to a place where many changes were necessary. He was not afraid. But now everybody from Barca comes to City.
“Yaya won every trophy in England without Guardiola. Will Guardiola win without Yaya?”

Undeniably a truly magnificent midfielder, we can’t help but feel however old Yaya is ruining his reputation by a frequent flurry of sulks.
