With the score set at 0-0, the Belgian stopper can be seen dilly dallying to the nth degree within his area mid match. With the game’s laws saying any goalkeeper can only hold on to the ball for 6 secs max, the referee is left with no option but to award the opposition a free kick in the area……
To which this then happens….
