Without wanting to heap pressure on the kid on the year of a major tournament, we’re pretty sure that Tottenham fans are currently seeing Dele Alli as something of a messiah like figure following a stellar season with the North London club.
If he’s truly wanting to keep the much maligned hype machine at bay, then the former Milton Keynes Dons is failing miserably judging from this out and out humdinger of an effort against Crystal Palace yesterday afternoon.
