Mamadou Sakho Decimates Referee During Clash With West Brom (Video)

[sociallocker id=”199380″]With his side perilously close to the drop zone, Sam Allardyce can breath a tad easier after his struggling Palace side claimed a valuable 2-0 win over West Brom.

Brilliant strikes from Wilfried Zaha and and Andros Townshend consigned Tony Pulis’ high flyers to defeat, capping of a fine fortnight for the visitors following their Premier League win last week.

Whilst their winged duo will grab much of the plaudits, particular praise surely need to be payed to Liverpool Loanee Mamadou Sakho, after his defensive exploits have helped shore up the London side’s unconvincing backline.

Even more impressive that that however (in our eyes at least), was when the French international proceeded to loose control of the ball mid-match, leading to an almighty clash with poor referee Mike Jones.

Superb.

The former England boss and his side now find themselves in 17th place, three points clear of the drop zone.
