Usain Bolt continues to sound out professional contract with German club

Given the fastest man on the planets unbreakable self confidence, its hardly surprising that Usain Bolt continues to up talk his potential move to professional football without breaking into a wry smile.

After first mentioning his will to play for Manchester United five years prior, Bolt his revealed to the Guardian that he’s been ‘genuinely talking to to people’ to make his dream a reality.

Whilst it still remains unclear how much the move is considered to be a PR stunt, Bolt has somehow angled himself a trial with German giants Borussia Dortmund.

Saying that, with his retirement set for 2017 following the summers World Athletics Championships, you can bet Bolt hasn’t yet forgotten his dream to play for Manchester United. Just a year ago the record winning Olympian commented on a move to Old Trafford; “That would be like a dream come true. Yes, that would be epic.”

“In my mind, I think I should do a trial and see if they would say ‘Alright, come on in’ or if they would say ‘No, you are not any good.’ I think I would be pretty good because I am fit, I am quick, I can control the ball and I understand all of the play,”
