With the Bee’s youth side mopping up a clearance from the opposition goalkeeper, full-back Joe Payne spots an opportunity for social media fame and proceeds to whack one from the safety of his own half.
Only to see his perfectly placed effort nestle into the net with a little help from the post.
Whilst Payne will no doubt be recalling the effort well into his old age, his side did however go on to lose the game. With Enfield claiming a penalty shoot-out win (5-6) after a 3-3 normal time score line.
