Clanger: SkySports read out hilarious fake facts during Celtic v Lincoln Red Imps report

SkySports band of fact checkers were left rather red faced after a segment on Celtic’s shocking Champions League qualifier defeat to Gibraltarian’s the Lincoln Red Imps.

Pulling together a rigorously ‘researched’ fun file on the part timers, Sky pulled the comments of well known Twitter scallywag @WeahsCousin and used them in their report.

As suggested by the Twitter handle, clearly only a giveaway to some, the facts given were utter tosh.

And they were used as such…..
