Former Germany keeper Tim Wiese takes a giant step towards becoming a WWE wrestler

Whilst a few months have past without the former Germany goalkeeper filling his news feed with mirror shots of his tango coloured torso, Tim Wiese is back on the subject of wrestling.

After knocking at the door of the ‘Sports Entertainment’ specialists continuously for months on end, it seems his duplex themed dreams have been answered, Mr Wiese is now an official employee of the WWE.

Pictured here with the infamous Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque, now the organisations vice-president of talent, Wiese has followed on from his low key (summing up the sport perfectly) 2014 WWE Germany appearance with an invitation to join their Performance Centre in Florida for an “extended period of training”.

Speaking on the former Hoffenheim stopper on the WWE’s official site, Triple H commented on his newest acquisition;

“Tim is tenacious, He continues to be very vocal in his desire to prove that he has what it takes, and he has shown tremendous resilience and determination to create an opportunity for himself.
This is his break to walk his talk. If all goes well in Florida, he will get his chance in the ring.”
