Seemingly not concerned with the litany of politicians who have embarrassed themselves on the football pitch, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party member, Ruth Davidson, ordered a Hamilton youth coach to get between the sticks for a penalty during a club visit.
Despite the likelihood of yet another sports themed political gaffe, Davidson sent an unstoppable right footed drive into corner of the goal.
