Following on from a superb World Cup campaign in which a heroic England side grabbed third place, the Women’s Super League is all set to kick off this evening hoping to build on the summers excitement.
With that in mind, here’s a rather interesting taster before the season start featuring the national sides captain, Steph Houghton.
Houghton, wore a microphone for the entirety of Manchester City’s pre-season friendly with Swedish side Pitea IF last month. The results of which offer a rather interesting insight into the fast based and intense nature of the game.
