Thousands gather at The Valley to remonstrate against owner Roland Duchâtelet (video)

With their side second bottom in the Premier League table and with more than an eye brow raised over the running of the club, it seems like Charlton fans have truly had enough of owner Roland Duchâtelet.

Thousands gathered at The Valley prior their 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest to remonstrate against a beleaguered and presumed incompetent owner. Banners were held aloft and leaflets passed around as a horde of angry fans made their message known.

The Addicks are currently without a permanent manager since the under qualified Guy Luzon was dismissed in October, they’re also without a chief scout and director of football, not to mention the laughable admin that led to supporters’s season tickets being posted out just a day before the season start. Other unusual stunts include a supposed CCTV clip of a couple having sex on the halfway line, which turned out to be a publicity stunt for their pitch hire scheme….an unusual tactic for even the barmiest of club owners.

On top of all that, the clubs best players have been sold whilst the owners have repeatedly foiled attempts by respective potential buyers to take the club off their hands.

Here’s footage of the scenes…
