During a successful playing career, Sol Campbell quite rightly earned himself a reputation as one of the greatest English defenders to represent his country. Since retiring however….oh lordy.
After various accounts of general strangeness, not forgetting his proud vocalisation in supporting the Conservative party, comes this hilarious incident in which Campbell chose to publicly bash a London cafe worker via the medium of Twitter.
He writes;
@SolManOfficial Liam here. Think we got off on the wrong foot. Would love to make amends. Hopefully see you soon

Notice Liam’s attempt at reconciliation.
Understandably the good people of Twitter saw an opening…….
@CambridgeStCafe @SolManOfficial don’t worry Liam. You’d be amazed with the amount of people that get off on the wrong foot with him

@CambridgeStCafe @SolManOfficial terrible service from Sol during the last 6 months of his contract at Tottenham. #TeamLiam

Classic Sol. Here’s another example of complete arse-holery as told by Guardian journalist Daniel Taylor.
