Perhaps taking it’s cues from fellow Australian boot creator Craig Johnston of Adidas Predator fame, Australian sports manufacturers Serafino bring us the worlds first boot encouraging it’s wearers to give the ball a good old toe punt.
As you’ll see in the above image, where you may expect a curved portion at the end of the toe, it’s instead quite rigidly squared off.
The product is all but set to hit the market, they’ve even got Harry Redknapp and Garth Crooks on board to promote it…so you know it’ll be good.
The promotional video see’s the former Portsmouth and Spurs manager gushing over the boot, commenting;
“The toe is not used enough and with this harder toe it gives the player an extra dimension to get that shot off under pressure, It’s an interesting boot.” Said Redders, in no way reading from pre-prepared dialogue.
