Cristiano Ronaldo’s hat-trick got Real Madrid off to a winning start in the Champions League as Los Blancos cruised to a 4-0 win over Ukrainian outfit Shakhtar Donetsk.

The Portuguese superstars goals, two of which were from the spot, made him the competitions record scorer with an almighty haul of 80 goals. Celebrations aside, we think the night belonged to Sergio Ramos and this humiliating attempt at trying to earn his side a penalty.

Coming up for a first half free-kick, the Spanish international acts like he’s accidentally stood on a land mine when grappling with an obviously dumbfounded Shakthar defender.
